Intramural Sports
Intramural Sports at COCC
Intramural (IM) sports at COCC provide an inclusive, low-pressure way for students,
staff, and community members to stay active, connect, and build friendships. Open
to all skill levels, our leagues offer opportunities to try new sports, enjoy friendly
competition, and get involved with the COCC recreation community.
Intramural sports are offered during the Fall, Winter, and Spring terms (no summer
programming). Be sure to check each term’s offerings to see what’s available and get
involved!
Important Information
- All Intramural Leagues start in the third week of the term
- All participants must be at least 16 years old to compete, in accordance COCC Intramural League policies
League Rates
COCC Students: FREE*
Faculty and Staff: $20
OSU-Cascade Students: $40*
Community Member: $80
*must be currently enrolled with at least one credit hour to register at student rate
Liability Waiver
All participants are required to complete a liability waiver prior to using any Mazama
facilities.

Intramural Sport League Information
Co-ed Intramural Volleyball
Grab some friends and hit the court in our co-ed 4v4 volleyball league. Build your team, compete each week, and bring the energy. Whether you're playing to win or just for fun.
Teams must have at least two women on the court at all times. Minimum 6 teams for league to run

- A non-competitive, fun focused environment, great for beginners and causal players

We also offer Open Play Volleyball Nights! A flexible, drop in option where you can show up, play, and connect with others in a relaxed setting. No teams or long-term commitment required.
Co-ed Intramural Basketball
Hit the court in one of the most competitive and popular intramural leagues in Bend! Our co-ed 5v5 basketball league offers a high-energy environment where teams compete each week in the Mazama Gymnasium. Whether your in it to win it or just for the love of the game.

Stay in the game year-round with our co-ed indoor soccer league. Played in a fast-paced format, this league is perfect for players of all skill levels whether you're looking for competitive matches or just a fun way to stay active in the winter we have something for you.

NEW! Co-ed Intramural Ultimate Frisbee
Looking for a fast-paced, high energy sport that's easy to pick up and fun for everyone? Our 7v7 co-ed Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, team based game that combines elements of soccer, football, and basketball; all centered around teamwork, movement, and sportsmanship. Whether you're brand new or experienced, Ultimate offers a welcoming environment where players of all skill levels can jump in, stay active and compete in a fun, supportive setting.
Teams must have at least two women on the field at all times. Minimum 4 teams for league to run.

- Team size: 7 players, recommend having 10-12 on roster
- Games are played in two 12 min halves, with a 6 minute halftime. Total game length is 30 min (running clock).

NEW! Co-ed Intramural Dodgeball
Get ready for some fun dodgeball action, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs with our co-ed intramural dodgeball league. This classic game is easy to learn and fun for all skill levels whether you're diving, dodging, or just along for the fun. Teams are co-ed and build around teamwork, energy, and sportsmanship, make it a great way to stay active and meet new people at COCC.

- Matches are played in a timed format (20 minutes) with multiple rounds. The team with the most round wins at the end of the match is declared the winner

Relive a classic playground favorite with a fun, social twist! Our co-ed Kickball league is easy to learn and perfect for all skill levels, no experience needed. Whether you're kicking home runs, making playing in the filed, or just out for a good time and some laughs, this league is all about staying active, connecting with others, and enjoying friendly competition in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
