- Official Transcript
You can request for an official transcript to be sent electronically, by mail, or hold for pick up at COCC through the National Student Clearinghouse - see the FAQ below for more information about delivery methods. Official Transcripts are $7 each.
Are you sending your transcript to Oregon State University?
We will send your official COCC transcripts to OSU for no cost. Please submit this form to complete this request. Note that this is exclusively for requests to OSU. For all other institutions, use the transcript request link above. If you are a current DPP student please reference the FAQ below.
- Unofficial Transcript
Current student or attended within the last year:
If you have been a student with us within one year you can view your unofficial transcript in your Bobcat Web Account. If your having trouble accessing your account, please reset your password here.
Non-Current Student:
We will provide you with a one-time courtesy unofficial transcript upon request. Please complete the Transcript Request Form.
If you have previously completed the Transcript Request form you need to request your transcript through National Student Clearinghouse. Please note that if you order a transcript to be sent to yourself, it will be considered unofficial.

What are my delivery method options when ordering my transcript online?
Electronic delivery: Sent within 24 - 48 hours
Hold for Pickup: You will be notified when the transcripts are ready. Please pick-up within 14 business days of being notified.
Mail: Processed within 8-12 business days - please allow additional time for USPS to process and deliver.
Note: mailed and hold for pick-up transcripts will not be processed during the first week of the term.

Can I receive a transcript if I have a balance due hold on my account?
Yes, you are still able to receive a transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse if you have a balance due.

I am in the Degree Partnership Program with Oregon State University. How do I provide
OSU my COCC transcript?
If you are currently in the DPP program with OSU your transcripts will be provided automatically each term. There is no need to request them to be sent.

I completed my GED through COCC, how do I get my GED transcripts?
To request copies of your GED or GED transcripts, please visit the GED Testing Service website.

I completed Community Education courses from COCC, can I receive a transcript for
my non-credit courses?
Of course! Please complete the Transcript Request Form and email transcripts@cocc.edu.
