TRIO Program
TRIO Student Support Services empowers first generation, low-income, and students
with disabilities to succeed at COCC and beyond. We support you in reaching your educational
goals by helping build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for academic success
and career readiness. With TRIO’s support, you will graduate as a skilled professional
and community member prepared for lifelong learning.
Program Services
- Personalized Support
College can feel overwhelming and complicated, but you don't have to navigate it alone. As a TRIO student, you'll work one-on-one with a TRIO Advisor who gets to know your goals, challenges and strengths.
Together, you'll create a plan for success, connect with campus resources, navigate financial aid and get support throughout your time at COCC. We're here to help you stay on track and feel confident every step of the way.

TRIO provides tools and resources to help you succeed in your classes. Whether you need help with study skills, time management, course planning, tutoring or staying motivated, we'll work with you to build strategies that fit your needs.
TRIO will help you strengthen your academic confidence, overcome obstacles and reach your educational goals at COCC.

Your time at COCC is an important step toward your future goals. TRIO can help you explore careers, prepare to transfer to a four-year university and create a roadmap for what's next. Through workshops and personalized guidance, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your future.
