Student Tech Support

COCC Bobcat Web Services will be unavailable from Sunday, June 30 at 12 noon to Monday, July 1 at 8 a.m.
The following systems will be unavailable:
  • Bobcat Web - offline
    • Student will not be able to make payments on the web, request refunds, request transcripts, or register for classes
  • Financial Aid Bookstore credit - offline
  • GradTracks - offline
  • Online Application for admission to COCC - offline
  • Online Payments, including TouchNet - offline

New: Duo Security is now required to access your student accounts. Email spam filters by Mimecast reduce unwanted emails.


COCC provides free, basic technical support for all students. We can assist with login issues, internet access, college software, device troubleshooting, printing, and other technology questions. For transcript information, visit COCC Transcript Request.
