Add or Manage Duo Devices
You can manage your existing devices, reactivate Duo Mobile, or add additional verification methods from the Duo Universal Prompt. When logging in to an application with the Universal Prompt, click the Other options link on the authentication page.
You will see a Manage devices choice at the end of the list. Click that to enter the device management portal.
Verify your identity by approving a Duo authentication request.
You can see all your registered devices in the device management portal. If your phone number has not changed, click "I have a new phone" to activate a new phone or reactivate Duo Mobile. Click "Add a device" for additional verification methods,
