+ Landscape
The campus landscape (trees, shrubs, lawns, flowers, etc.) is maintained by the grounds
department. Problems or work requests should be directed to the School Dude work order
system.
+ Moving
Contact Brian Baker in Campus Services. The Grounds department can provide assistance
moving furniture and equipment, depending on the size, time and furniture type.
+ Signs and Banners
The following departments create and maintain the following signage:
- Campus Safety – Parking & Traffic Control
- Grounds – Exterior sign replacement
- Campus Services – Building signage, plaques, directional signage and building directories
- Maintenance - Interior signage, including room numbers and nameplates (Dept Funded).

+ Event Scheduling + Set-up
The non-instructional scheduler provides comprehensive event scheduling services, including booking indoor and outdoor spaces. Event-Setup assistance including rental of tables and chairs can be requested through a School Dude request.
