Housing Policies and Student Conduct

The Housing and Residence Life Policies and Expectations Guide serves as an extension of the Housing and Residence Life Housing and Dining Agreement that each resident signs before moving into on-campus housing. When the Housing and Residence Life agreement is signed, the resident has agreed to all of the policies and expectations outlined in this guide.

Please note that authorized Housing and Residence Life staff may make changes to the Policies and Expectations Guide at any time. Please review this guide periodically to ensure that you have reviewed the latest version so that you may remain in compliance with Housing and Residence Life policies.
