President's Scholarship Celebration

Each year the College and COCC Foundation celebrates the gift of higher education by honoring our scholarship donors and current scholarship recipients at the President's Scholarship Celebration. Scholarship donors and their recipients often meet for the first time and have an opportunity over breakfast to get to know each other.

The Central Oregon Community College Foundation is proud to honor the 2025 President’s Scholarship Celebration Award Recipients, Pat and Robert Fulton. COCC Foundation scholarships are life-changing to hundreds of students annually. It is an honor to recognize those who’ve significantly supported scholarships over many years.

Pat and Bob Fulton have unwavering dedication to student success. For over 23 years, they have been steadfast supporters of the COCC Foundation, playing an integral role in expanding opportunities for students. Pat has served on the Foundation board and is an active member of the fundraising committee. In addition, she devotes countless hours each year to COCC’s Clothing Connection, offering her time and keen fashion sense to ensure students have access to essential clothing resources. Together, Pat and Bob have been tireless advocates for education.
