Inventory and Pricing

Space at Central Oregon Community College may be rented by the public for events, meetings, performances and more.  Note that facilities are not available to rent on most holidays. Due to current staffing issues, COCC has put a pause on all weekend and evening third-party rentals. 

COCC rents in hour increments. Additional hourly fees will be charged for any COCC support staff used for on-site support during an event, as deemed necessary by the College. A certificate of insurance is required for most rentals. Read about college policy regarding facilities use in the General Policies and Procedures Manual.
