Bend Campus

The Jungers Culinary Center on the COCC Bend Campus is home to the Cascade Culinary Institute during the academic year, serving as a hub for hands-on learning in professional kitchens and instructional spaces. From July 1 to August 31, this premier facility is available for select rentals, including the Elevation Dining Room (bar excluded), demonstration kitchen classroom, patio, and lobby/hallway areas, offering a unique culinary-focused setting for your gathering.

Elevation Dining Room

Elevation Dining Room can be rented in summer months (July 1–Aug. 31). This is an instructional space for Cascade Culinary institute students the rest of the year. Rentals are space-only. Tableware, linens, catering and bar access are not included.

Demonstration Classroom

Demonstration Kitchen

Our Demonstration Kitchen can be rented in summer months (July 1–Aug. 31). It is the only kitchen space available to rent at the Jungers Culinary Center. This classroom kitchen seats up to 50 guests in a lecture-style layout and may be used by your catering team to support events in the building. Designed for live demonstrations and streaming classes, it offers a professional culinary environment for presentations or small group instruction. Only the installed kitchen equipment is available; cookware, utensils, and specialty tools are not provided.
