TRANSFER

While there are slight differences between programs of each branch of Engineering and Physics, the College provides courses common to all programs. All Engineering and Physics programs share a common core of math, science, and skills courses. Writing, reading, and mathematics skills are essential. These programs require a high degree of mathematical proficiency, and calculus is required for all transfer programs.

Associate of Science (AS)

  • Engineering Emphasis - Associate of Science (AS)

The Engineering Emphasis Associate of Science provides core science, engineering, and general education courses needed for most engineering majors. Students earning an engineering degree choose from among the many branches of engineering available, such as civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, computer, and energy systems engineering. Some engineering majors and branches may require additional courses not offered at Central Oregon Community College.
