N-2-2 Dismissal of Report

The College may dismiss a report at any point during an investigation or hearing if it does not meet the definition in G-28-2 or if sufficient evidence cannot be gathered. Additionally, the College will dismiss the report if at any point during an investigation or hearing if the reporting party notifies the Title IX staff that they would like to withdraw the report.

In the event of a dismissal, all parties will be notified in writing.
