N-1-3 Investigation Process Overview

The following process provides guidance on the College’s informal and formal processes for investigating and resolving any report of discrimination, noting that Title IX and other sexual harassment reports follow a separate process (see N-2 for Sexual Misconduct and N-3 for Title IX).

The COCC Dean of Student Engagement will serve as the lead staff person for student-to-student reports and the Vice President of People and Technology will serve as the lead staff member if an employee is involved.
