G-28-0.1 Responsible Employees

All COCC employees are considered “responsible employees,” meaning that employees must report incidents of discrimination or sexual misconduct to the contacts listed in section G-28-1 should they be made aware of or have reasonably known about an incident. Mental health counselors are exempt from this requirement.
