Simplifying Fractions

You've already looked at a method for simplifying fractions in the last section.  This method works well much of the time, but not always.

Complete Part I of the worksheet before watching these videos for another way to simplify fractions using prime factorization.

Here's another problem to practice with.  The numbers are big, and it looks like it will take forever, but using the prime factorization method it shouldn't take too much longer than the problem above, especially since one of the numbers is the same.  Try it yourself before watching the next video.
