Checkout Policies & Periods

Barber Library doesn't charge overdue fines, but there are consequences for not returning items on time.

  • You may temporarily lose borrowing privileges until you bring overdue items back.
  • You may lose service to overdue technology items.
  • For items more than 30 days overdue, the Library will charge a replacement fee to your student account. Until resolved, this can prevent you from activities like registering for classes or requesting transcripts.

If you are experiencing financial or other troubles and have overdue or lost items, please contact us to see how we can work with you.
