Add or Manage Duo Devices
You can manage your existing devices, reactivate Duo Mobile, or add additional verification methods. Login to the Duo Security Self-Service Portal and click the Other options link on the authentication page.
You will see a Manage devices choice at the end of the list. Click that to enter the device management portal.
Verify your identity by approving a Duo authentication request.
You can see all your registered devices in the device management portal. If your phone number has not changed, click "I have a new phone" to activate a new phone or reactivate Duo Mobile. Click "Add a device" for additional verification methods,
