Concurrent Enrollment allows high school students to take college courses at a COCC campus or online. High school students in Central Oregon 15 years and older are eligible to register in up to 19 credits per term at COCC. Students under the age of 15 can take up to two COCC classes per term and must complete a Special Admission for Students Under the Age of 15 form

Students are responsible for the cost of tuition, fees, and course books while attending COCC.

  • What is Expanded Options?

The Expanded Options Program provides high school juniors and seniors in Central Oregon with an opportunity to continue or complete their education as well as earn both high school and college credits through their local community college and/or public university. If approved by your high school, you are able to take classes through Central Oregon Community College (COCC), and your high school covers the cost of tuition and fees.

  • Will college courses count towards my high school requirement?

We recommend meeting with your high school counselor to see how COCC courses can cover specific graduation requirements.
