Our Mission & Values

The eLearning Department promotes student success and faculty excellence through intentional and innovative use of academic technology and accessible course design.

We support the creation of equitable and transformative learning experiences for our diverse community by:

  • Advocating for every learner by promoting accessibility, inclusivity, and learner agency across all learning environments and modalities.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of quality courses through responsible and effective utilization of digital tools.
  • Guiding our faculty partners in the creative use of existing and emergent technologies and applications of best practices in digital course spaces.
  • Providing technical expertise while focusing on individual needs and collaborating authentically through responsive, approachable, and non-judgmental support.
  • Championing institutional goals by sharing ideas, insights, and showcasing excellence in digital learning.

The eLearning department is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment that honors diversity and accessibility. We are committed to ensuring all students have equitable access to educational opportunities, providing support for each individual's unique academic journey.
