TidyUP
TidyUP is a content cleanup tool for Canvas courses that provides a quick way to view
all of the content in your course and clean out anything that is no longer needed. TidyUP is built into Canvas for faculty, and can read Canvas content to Identify and delete extra files, folders, pages, or assignments that are no longer
needed.

TidyUP is a browser-based tool and accessible within Canvas on desktop and mobile-browsers.
- How to get this tool
TidyUP is available to faculty within Canvas. Once enabled in course settings it will appear as a link on the main course navigation.

- Identify and delete all files that are not being used in your course.
- See what files are being used in your course and where they are being used.
- Find empty folders in the files section of your course and delete them.
- View a list of all your Canvas pages, assignments, quizzes or discussions with information about each page and the ability to delete multiple pages at once.
Accessing TidyUP
TidyUp can be accessed by going to the TidyUP link on the course navigation.
Note: if you do not see the TidyUP link in your course, you may need to enable it by going to your Course settings.
