Curriculum Submission Deadlines
All curriculum and catalog revisions need to be submitted in CourseLeaf by the submission deadline below for implementation in the 2026-2027 academic year and catalog.
Proposals falling short of curriculum standards or that are incomplete by the submission date may be returned for submission for the following academic year.
Proposals requesting exceptions to these dates/timelines must be approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs for Curriculum Committee consideration outside of the dates provided below.

October 8, 2025 |
Submit curriculum proposals in CourseLeaf for all curriculum changes, including new programs and new courses. New programs will need Academic Affairs Committee approval before being reviewed by Curriculum Committee. |

December 3, 2025 |
Submit curriculum proposals in CourseLeaf for those only proposing minor course and program revisions. Minor revisions have a shortened workflow and go through the curriculum office, admissions and records and chair for approval but do not need curriculum committee approval. Minor course revisions:

Any curriculum changes not listed above are considered major curriculum/program revisions and must be reviewed and approved by Curriculum Committee. Major curriculum changes are due in CourseLeaf by October 8, 2025. |
| January 13, 2026 | All curriculum changes must have final approval (second reading) for the fall class schedule publication and student registration. |
