- Identify key services and resources within COCC Library's physical and online environments with emphasis on the library's early learning resources, education resources, and Children's Literature and Equity Resource Center (CLERC) collections on all COCC campuses.
- Select a research tool appropriate to the type of information needed in an education/early learning context.
- Use research tools appropriate for the fields of education and early learning.
- Identify bias and diversity issues when conducting research.
- Demonstrate generally-accepted ethical and responsible information usage.
