Staff Benefits
(Classified, Administrator, Faculty, ABS)

Group health benefits are available on the first day of the month following the employee's date of hire. 

 

  • Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Benefits
    • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance: College contributes a negotiated premium amount; the coverage option determine the employee’s premium contribution (Composite rates)
    • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
    • An employee may purchase optional Life and AD&D Insurance for the employee and eligible dependents
    • Long-term Disability Insurance
    • Long-term Care Insurance may be purchased for the employee and eligible dependents
    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
    • Sick Leave
    • Vacation Leave
    • Bereavement Leave
    • Jury Duty Leave
    • Paid Holidays (11 paid holidays and 1 paid week off for winter break)
    • PERS/OPSRP (College pays toward the program)
    • Deferred Compensation Retirement Plans 403b and 457b
  • Part-Time (.75 and .5 FTE) Benefits
    • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance: College contributes a negotiated premium amount; the coverage option determines the employee’s premium contribution (Tiered rates)
    • Optional Life and AD&D Insurance may be purchased for the employee and eligible dependents
    • Optional Long-term Disability Insurance may be purchased for the employee
    • Long-term Care Insurance may be purchased for the employee and eligible dependents
    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
