Each year, COCC offers scholarships of $3,000 per year to in-district high school seniors who have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher on their most recent transcript.

APPLICATION Available November 3rd, 2026 through March 2nd, 2027 at 5:00pm PST

HERES HOW TO APPLY:

1. Apply for admission to COCC no later than February 19 for Fall 2026. Please allow one week for admission application processing. 
2. You will receive an admission letter in the mail within three to five business days including your student email and instructions for activating your COCC student account.
3. Complete the short Merit Scholarship online by logging into your Bobcat Web Account.

  • Select 'Financial Aid and Funding'.
  • Select 'Financial Aid'.
  • Select 'Merit Scholarship Application' in the General Links box towards the bottom of the page. Please follow instructions for the application and upload your most recent high school transcript. If you mail your transcript to the Financial Aid Office, please indicate "Merit Scholarship" on the envelope.
