Strategic Plan Assessment

COCC’s 2023-27 Strategic Plan provides clear direction on how the College is taking action towards ensuring the College meets its mission of empowering students and engaging our communities. To assess if the strategic plan’s key action projects are having a positive impact, the College adopted indicators for each goal area. The fifteen indicators are monitored regularly and achievement targets evaluated annually.
