Administrative Unit Review plans are developed in sections or modules, beginning with establishing a department mission statement. Next sections include acknowledging strengths and challenges of the department, then deciding on goals and outcomes to accomplish over three to five years. Each module below has an explanatory power point, as well as all templates and support materials required. The final module contains information needed to prepare and complete an annual report.
