Provide Official College Transcripts
Official transcripts must be requested separately from each transfer institution that you attended.
There are several ways to have your transcripts delivered:
- Electronic Delivery: This is the fastest delivery method. Check with your transfer college for more information.
If your institution requires an email address for delivery, use transcripts@cocc.edu.
- By Mail: Have your transcripts sent directly to:

Providing Official Transcripts - FAQ
- How long does it typically take for transcripts to arrive?Check with your institution, but know that delivery can take up to several weeks. We will send a notification to your COCC email when we have received your transcripts.
- What if I can't get my official transcripts?No problem! You can take the online placement assessment.
- What if I don't provide official transcripts?We will consider you to be a new student, with no previous college experience.
