Why study Massage Therapy?

Students can pursue an associate degree or a four-term certificate in this affordable and flexible program.

COCC's is the only Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in massage therapy in the state of Oregon. Graduates are eligible to sit for licensing exams required by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists.

A free two-week trial period with unlimited access is available.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC INFORMATION

COCC’s science-based licensed Massage Therapy curriculum, taught in state-of-the-art facilities, covers various therapy modalities and emphasizes the cultural and historical knowledge of bodywork. Students gain real-world experience through weekly on-campus massage clinics with real clients and learn how to design specific treatment plans and recognize medical issues.

Our program aligns with the legal standards of practice necessary for professional licensure in the state of Oregon. After obtaining your license, if you consider relocating to another U.S. state, explore our resources to understand whether your skills meet licensing requirements in different states.
