German Instructor Translates Bestseller

German language and music instructor Janet Gesme has completed her second English translation of a popular German book, a travelogue titled “Around the World on 50 Bucks: How I Left with Nothing and Returned a Rich Man,” by Christopher Schacht, which details a four-year odyssey and made the 2018 hardcover nonfiction bestseller list in Germany.
