This contains information on items such as what information you need to have prepared ahead of time, what to expect in your appointment, documentation guidelines required to be met in order to qualify for services, and other COCC information and resources. This guide combines materials from many sources, particularly Blue Mountain Community College and the State of Oregon Post-secondary Transitions Project. It is intended to assist students with disabilities in obtaining equal access to the best learning environment possible while at COCC. It provides answers to anticipated questions about services and other resources designed to accommodate students with disabilities.
