  • Teams will be given the same ingredients in their mystery baskets to create a dish or dishes.
  • They will also be provided with a pantry of ingredients to choose from to create their dishes and will be challenged to transform their ingredients and create something delicious.
  • Teams will present their final dishes to a panel of tasters who will critique their dishes in the “Chopped-style” giving feedback on taste, presentation, and creativity.

Testimony from Culinary Team Bonding participants:

  • "It was refreshing to be in a training context that emphasized exploring & discovery rather than exposure & diagnosis. The atmosphere was welcoming and non-threatening, leaving room for surprise breakthroughs."

  • "It was helpful exploring the analogy between cooking together and working together, plus discovering all of the psychological connections between the two. It was fun to see co-workers in a different way outside of the work setting."

  • "It was fun to experience team building in a non-traditional way."
