Student-Ready

As a student-ready college, COCC welcome all students by addressing their individual needs and helping them achieve their goals.

The indicators for this goal focus on student momentum (defined as fall-to-winter and fall-to-fall retention) and success (graduation and transfer rates). In all cases, COCC set its targets with the aim of increasing student momentum and success over the prior year as well as in line with state and national comparator institutions.

The primary 2023-27 Strategic Plan Action Projects supporting COCC’s Student Ready goal are Guided Pathways and Adult Student Recruitment and Retention.
