Access
COCC’s commitment to access provides students with equitable opportunities and the resources needed to achieve their goals.
The indicators for this goal focus on ensuring that in-district students have access to courses and programs through expanded online offerings and that we are providing supports for underrepresented students, particularly those who receive the federal Pell grant or Oregon Opportunity Grant, students enrolled in career and technical education courses, students of color and adult learners. With this, the College also strives to ensure that our in-district tuition and fees are in the lowest quarter of all Oregon’s community colleges. Specific indicators are:
- In-District Penetration Rates
- In-District Tuition and Fees
- Underrepresented Students
- Online Courses and Programs
The 2023-27 Strategic Plan Action projects supporting COCC’s Access goal are expanding Online Programs and Strategic Scheduling.
