Provide Official College Transcripts

Official transcripts must be requested separately from each transfer institution that you attended.
There are several ways to have your transcripts delivered:

Electronic Delivery: This is the fastest delivery method. Check with your transfer college for more information. If your institution requires an email address for delivery, use transcripts@cocc.edu.
By Mail: Have your transcripts sent directly to:

Hand-delivery: We only accept official transcripts in the original sealed envelope from the institution.

How long does it typically take for transcripts to arrive?
Check with your institution, but know that delivery can take up to several weeks. We will send a notification to your COCC email when we have received your transcripts.

What if I can't get my official transcripts?
No problem! You can take the online placement assessment.

What if I don't provide official transcripts?
We will consider you to be a new student, with no previous college experience.
