Self-Service COCC Email & PC Password Reset

COCC provides staff and students the ability to reset their password. This password is the one used for COCC Email, any COCC Computer, COCC wireless (WiFi), Canvas, and Bobcat Web.

To reset your password now, click on the icon:

Password Requirements:

• Minimum Password Length is is 8 characters.
• Password must include at least one numeric character.
• Password cannot use 5 consecutive characters from username.
• Password cannot use 5 consecutive characters from old password.

• Password cannot use these special characters:

  `,~,!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,),_,-,+,=,[,{,],},\,|,<,>,.,?,/,’,”,,
• You cannot use any of your previous 24 passwords.
• All passwords will expire 6 months from last date password was set.
• You can only change your password once per day.
