COCC's Pathways to Opportunity (PTO)
The PTO program provides students facing financial barriers with needed financial support, including help with tuition and fees, transportation, food, books, testing fees, and more. 

COCC Student Relief Fund
If you have suddenly encountered unanticipated expenses related to your education, the COCC Student Relief Fund may be able to help.

COCC Childcare Assistance Fund
The COCC Childcare Assistance Fund is a program to supplement the costs of childcare.

SNAP Training & Employment Program (STEP) 
The STEP provides support to students needing assistance with tuition and fees, transportation, food, and more but is targeted towards students receiving SNAP benefits.

LGBTQ+ Program Participant (LPP) Student Relief Fund
COCC offers the LGBTQ+ Program Participant (LPP) Student Relief Fund to support students with financial challenges related to their educational costs.

Undocumented Student Relief Fund
COCC offers the Undocumented Student Relief Fund to support undocumented students with financial challenges related to their educational costs.

Food & Clothing Resources

ASCOCC Food Bank
Free for students! The pantry offers non-perishable, fresh, and frozen food, as well as hygiene supplies for students to shop. There is a food bank on each campus.

The Clothing Connection
The Clothing Connection is a resource full of new and gently used clothing available to use for school, work, field placements, interviews, etc. This FREE resource is available to all COCC and OSU-Cascades students!

COCC Personal Counseling (CAP Services)
Free personal counseling for students enrolled at COCC.

Dental Clinic at COCC
Low income individuals with no dental insurance are provided necessary fillings or extractions by licensed dentists for only a $20 supply fee. Contact Deschutes County Health Services at 541-322-7400.

Deschutes County Health Services
STI prevention and testing, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception available. Drop by the third Thursday of each month between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the Coats Campus Center front patio. Free or low cost.

Barber Library Technology Lending
The Barber Library offers laptops, chromebooks, MacBooks, hot spots, calculators, and more to students to check out for the term for free.
