Visit COCC Transcript Request for information about official and unofficial transcripts.
*Note: COCC email address or student ID number are not required for transcript requests.
COCC Student Accounts Access
Use your COCC Email Address and confirm your identity with Duo Security to login to your student accounts.

Use your COCC Email Address to login
- COCC email address is the username for your student accounts
- One place to reset your password - the COCC Password Manager
- Password will expire every 6 months - be ready!

Don't know your COCC Email Address?
- From the Student Login webpage, visit the COCC Password Manager
- Click on Lookup Username
- Follow instructions on the page
- Your COCC email address will be sent to your personal email address

Set up personal email to access password resets
- Add a personal email address in Bobcat Web Account so you will have access to password resets
- Questions? Call Student Tech Support at 541-383-7716 during business hours or visit any computer lab
- We will enter your personal email address in your Bobcat Web Account

Forgot your password?
- Visit the Student Login webpage
- Click the COCC Password Manager
- Click on Reset Password
- Follow instructions on the page
- You can choose to use security answers if you have already enrolled
- OR you can have a verification code sent to your personal email address on file

Enroll in Duo Security for multi-factor authentication
- Choose which device to enroll with Duo Security and have it with you
- Enroll in Duo Security and follow all instructions
- Download the Duo Mobile App from your App store
- Now you’re enrolled! Confirm your identity when accessing COCC protected accounts, and remember to have your device with you.
