When do I need to arrive on Saturday, June 15?
Please arrive at the Mazama Gym on the Bend campus on Saturday, June 15 at 8:45 a.m. for check-in.

Where should I park?
Please park in the F2, F3, F4, or F6 lot near Mazama. See the Bend parking map for more information.

What do I need to bring to check-in?
Please make sure you have your cap and gown as well as a water bottle.

Where can I purchase a cap and gown?
Your regalia can be purchased online or in-person at the COCC Bookstore.

Will I get to sit with my friends?
You will be assigned a seat near other students from your discipline area.

How many guests can attend and do they need to purchase tickets?
There is no limit on the number of guests! The event is free and does not require a ticket to get in.

When should my guests arrive and where should they park?
The ceremony will begin at 10am. We recommend guests arrive at least 30min early to park and walk to the Mazama field. We ask that friends and family park along College Way or in lots E1, C1, C2, C6, D1, D3 or D4. See the Bend parking map for more information.
* Bring a water bottle for hydration (fill stations will be available) and don't forget your sunscreen. To ensure everyone has a clear view, we kindly request that guests refrain from using umbrellas unless standing at the back. For those seeking shade, we have arranged a dedicated tent on the field.

How long is the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. and end at noon.

What if I need a ride to campus?
Uber, Lyft, and the Cascade East Transit are great options.

Is child care available during the event?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer child care services during this event. Please plan ahead and ensure that children who require assistance sitting in the audience have someone to supervise them throughout the ceremony.
